Coaching and advice for an evaluation of MSF Belgique

Groupe URD coached an evaluator for an evaluation of the internal functioning of MSF Belgique.
An evaluator approached Groupe URD for methodological support to carry out an evaluation for MSF Belgique. The evaluation was prompted by numerous changes which had taken place over the previous decade: the NGO’s budget had increased and their operations had become bigger in scale and complexity. The NGO’s head of operations wanted to revise internal functioning and relations with the field and support departments (HR, finance, communication, medical department, etc.) in order to propose possible improvements.
The objective of Groupe URD’s support was to help build an evaluation method, analyse the information gathered, draw up a framework for analysis and feedback and to give technical and behavioural advice for the research and evaluation work.
