Evaluation of a Water and sanitation project in northern Afghanistan

This evaluation concerned a water and sanitation project run by NPO-RRAA, an Afghan partner of CORDAID, the Dutch branch of Caritas. The team of French and Afghan evaluators spent a week in the province of Balkh, near Mazar-i-Sharif, to visit wells and latrines built during the project. Particular focus was placed on the impact of the project on women.
