Evaluation of national rehabilitation programmes in poor neighbourhoods, Tunisia

In partnership with French and Tunisian experts in urban planning, Groupe URD carried out an evaluation of French assistance to the Tunisian state for programmes aiming to improve the living conditions in poor neighbourhoods. This assistance went towards national rehabilitation or infrastructure-building programme. The evaluation used the DAC criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
