Two members of Groupe URD evaluated projects run by the Central African Rebublic branch of the Caritas network in partnership with Secours Catholique, the French branch of the network. These post-conflict rehabilitation projects aimed to provide material aid to the most vulnerable families and support their return to their villages or towns of origin.
This ex-post evaluation was carried out using the Quality COMPAS© reference framework.
