In the context of the Spanish presidency of the European Union, Groupe URD took part in a study on current practices and issues to do with LRRD (Linking Relief, Rehabilitation and Development) in partnership with the Institute of Studies on Conflicts and Humanitarian Action (IECAH). The objective of the study was to conduct detailed analysis of this issue and help move the debate forward at the European level.
