Policy brief on management and funding mechanisms for post-crisis operations

This policy brief is based on numerous pieces of work Groupe URD has carried out over the years on the management of post-crisis situations and the link between emergency relief, rehabilitation and development. These include the evaluation of post-crisis operations by the French Development Agency, the work carried out in collaboration with IECAH for the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation during the Spanish presidency of the EU, the evaluation of DG ECHO in 2006 and exchanges with DFID in 2008 and 2009.
