In keeping with its vocation to support humanitarian actors and improve humanitarian practices, Groupe URD opened an office in Afghanistan in 2005, where we carry out research projects, provide methodological support and conduct evaluations in partnership with a variety of actors, including local and international NGOs, local ministries and institutions and United Nations agencies. The results of these projects are made public via publications and events of different kinds, both in Afghanistan and in France.
