When it was created, Groupe URD was a network of associations, but for several years now, our association has been open to individual members.
The members of the board of directors are :
- Claire Pirotte (President)
- Charlotte Dufour (Treasurer)
- Rémy Russbach
- Jean-Marie Giraud
- Monique Cardot

In addition to salaried staff, an increasing number of voluntary staff work at Groupe URD. Since the beginning of 2007, the association has been authorised by the French ministry for employment and social cohesion to recruit young people under 26 years of age who want to do voluntary civil service.
