- Real time evaluation of emergency relief response in Ethiopia (2006)
The evaluation team led by François Grünewald looked at the effectiveness of a UN initiative to coordinate the health, nutrition, water and decontamination sectors in Ethiopia after the floods of August 2006 and the acute diarrhoea epidemic of September 2006.
In addition to interviewing the main actors (funding agencies, donors, governments and NGOs), the evaluation involved a number of field missions between 31 August 2006 and 13 September 2006.
