Groupe URD’s resource centre opened in 1997. It contains over 2000 books and around 5000 reports, studies and notes. These are principally in French, English and Spanish, but there are a few in Arabic and other languages such as Laotian.
To find documents, a data base created with CDS/ISIS software can be consulted via the resource centre computer.

The resource centre can be used at any time. However, Amina Mahamdou, who runs the resource centre, is present all days from 9:30 am to 6 pm:

The Groupe URD resource centre has been a member of the Ritimo network since 2003.
The Ritimo network – whose principle objective is to make it easier to understand, to inform and to raise awareness – exists to contribute in some way to the struggle against bad development in the North, the South, the East and the West. It therefore aims to raise awareness of alternative approaches which contribute towards sustainable development, solidarity and equality, but also to exchange information about people throughout the world who are inventing new forms of citizenship and solidarity.
