This two-day event has been an opportunity to discuss the operational and strategic implications of the humanitarian-development nexus in the agro pastoral sector, no doubt one of the keys to managing the current crisis, and to reflect on the role of the different actors, zones, activities, targets involved, etc.

This symposium was organised by the Central African government (the Ministries of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry) and the French Alliance in Bangui, with support from several agencies (Bêkou fund, COOPI, IRC, UNDP, WFP, FAO). François Grünewald co-facilitated the two days of exchanges, alongside Guy-Florent Ankogui.
