Three Groupe URD researchers travelled to Myanmar to provide support to establish indicators for the Cluster Working Group on Early Recovery’s M&E system.

Our objectives were:

  • to propose a list of indicators to systematically measure the impact of Early Recovery activities in Myanmar and identify non-covered needs;
  • to make recommendations for the establishment of a M&E system for Early Recovery activities in Myanmar;
  • to improve understanding of monitoring and evaluation amongst the different actors involved in Early Recovery in Myanmar;
  • to contribute to the development of a generic M&E tool kit for Early Recovery activities, which could be used in other contexts.
