LRRD – current practices and issues
November 2009 – March 2010

In partnership with IECAH, the Institute of Studies on Conflicts and Humanitarian Action, Groupe URD has synthesized lessons on LRRD (Linking Relief, Rehabilitation and Development) at the international level, in order to feed the reflections on European policies in this area.

In the context of the Spanish presidency of the European Union, Groupe URD took part in a study on current practices and issues to do with LRRD (Linking Relief, Rehabilitation and Development) in partnership with the Institute of Studies on Conflicts and Humanitarian Action (IECAH).

The objective of the study was to conduct detailed analysis of this issue and help move the debate forward at the European level.
