If the question of certification is now being raised in the world of solidarity, it is not without raising questions, nor presenting a certain number of risks but also opportunities. Behind the terms of label and certification, there is the question of selection. Some public donors, such as ECHO and its PCB, have defined their own selection tools. For private donors or patronage, these tools do not exist today. Introducing the notion of a label means giving a "rating" to NGOs, according to objective criteria, accepted and sought by all.
