The booklet that the government plans to distribute to the French population to prepare them for crises is an excellent initiative. However, the human factor must also be emphasised. Indeed, research in sociology, psychology and anthropology shows that, for citizens, good relationships of trust between neighbours and with the authorities are a fundamental factor in getting through crises, if not the main one.
