The humanitarian and international development sectors are navigating a period of significant change and financial constraint. In spite of its importance for staff resilience, and organisational effectiveness, Learning and Development (L&D) is often among the first services to be impacted. Your insights are essential to help better understand the extent of this impact, advocate for necessary resources, and develop relevant, impactful support.

With your help, this survey seeks to gain a comprehensive understanding of:

How L&D functions and budgets are being managed amidst financial pressures
How organisations are managing staff capacity and learning and what skills they are prioritising
The future outlook for L&D in the sector.

This survey is particularly relevant for colleagues working in L&D, HR, People & Culture, and organisational leadership roles, but we also welcome responses from nonprofit staff working in any capacity.

This survey is being conducted by the Training Providers Forum (TPF), a collaborative group of leading global training organisations: Groupe URD, Humanitarian Leadership Academy, Humentum, IECAH, INTRAC, NetHope and RedR UK.
