Groupe URD accompanies aid organisations in adopting new forms of solidarity where the priority is given to supporting local actors and reinforcing the resilience of people and territories. We do this through a number of activities, including training. Our aim is to strengthen the professionalism and commitment of individuals (staff, volunteers, consultants and students) and to help organisations adapt their approach to subjects like the environment, evaluation, agile management or participation.
