Key messages from the 2014 Autumn School on the quality of aid

From 15 to 17 September 2014, Quality and Accountability specialists, representatives of humanitarian organisations, evaluators, donors and academics met at Groupe URD's headquarters in Plaisians in the south-east of France for the 9th edition of the Autumn School on Humanitarian Aid. This event, organised in partnership with ALNAP, was an opportunity to take the time out from a busy international agenda to reflect on the quality issues facing the sector, as well as review current initiatives, the expectations that they generate and their limits.
