Report of the Second French National Humanitarian Conference (CNH), 2014

The second French National Humanitarian Conference (NHC) was held on 31 March 2014 at the Centre de Conférences Ministériel in Paris, having been organised by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Crisis Centre, in collaboration with French humanitarian associations. Groupe URD was part of the steering committee and was responsible for preparing the event. With more than 400 participants, the CNH provided an opportunity for humanitarian actors of all kinds to meet and discuss. The report provides an exhaustive record of all the debates.
