This evaluation was conducted in partnership with the Global Public Policy Institute (GPPI) three months after the earthquake. Given the scale of the disaster and the magnitude of the response, the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) immediately initiated a real-time assessment process to keep decision-makers - at the level of Haiti and agency headquarters - informed of the progress of the response as well as to regularly draw lessons and take corrective measures that could result. A video was produced as part of this work.
