The eighth edition of the Autumn School on Humanitarian Aid was exceptionally held at the Hôtel de Ville de Paris on 26 April 2011. Against the backdrop of the major disaster in Haiti on 12 January 2010, and on the basis of the work and feedback from recent years on crises in cities, the debates focused on the fragility of built-up and urbanized areas, and the challenges of humanitarian and reconstruction actions in these areas. Eight videos retrace part of the exchanges of that day.
