Study on consortiums and meta-consortiums in the humanitarian sector

Though, in recent years, consortiums have become more and more common as a way for the aid sector to organise itself in complex crisis situations, the literature on this subject remains limited and the effects of this form of organisation are not well known. The aim of this study is to analyse this approach, taking the KEY programme in Mali as a case study.
