Groupe URD’s “Learning and innovating to improve crises response” (APIC 3) project is due to come to an end in late June 2026. Since 2023, this project has brought together aid actors and local stakeholders through a range of activities: producing studies and evaluations, training courses, network coordination, organising events and disseminating resources (newsletter, podcasts, HEM journal).
