The French Government has decided to conduct an evaluation of the actions it has financed in the area affected by the tsunami of 26 December 2004 via the Délégation à l'Action Humanitaire (DAH) and the Délégation Interministérielle Post-Tsunami (DIPT), which after July 2005 became the Coordination Post-Tsunami (CPT), especially in Sri Lanka, Indonesia and India. This process, implemented by Groupe URD, was carried out in several stages. This report brings together in an organized way all the work carried out during this evaluation.
