AGILE MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL AID PROJECTS IN UNSTABLE CONTEXTS

Are you managing or accompanying an international aid project in a complex, uncertain or long-term crisis context?

This training course will provide you with a methodology and tools that will help you respond effectively to the instability of the context.

By the end of the course, participants will:

  • Understand the notion of agile management in a complex, uncertain and long-term crisis context;
    Be familiar with approaches and tools that can help people and organisations adapt and respond effectively to instability in a specific operational context.

Target audience: This course is aimed at professionals from the international aid sector who implement or accompany projects in unstable contexts, such as people who are in charge of implementing activities: Heads of project, Heads of local branches, etc.; and people who are in charge of coordination and support: Heads of coordination in regional desk offices; Heads of mission, Operational Coordinators, MEAL Officers, etc.

Pre-requisites: solid experience in the humanitarian or development sectors; good knowledge of project cycle management; fluent French (writing, reading, speaking).

Duration: 3 days (18 hours)
