Do you want to involve people and other key stakeholders in your project in an optimal and responsible way?

  • Define the key concepts of participation (participation scale: community engagement; accountability; empowerment, etc.);
  • Use participatory tools appropriately;
  • Analyze the most frequently encountered obstacles and the most effective methods and means of overcoming them;
  • Develop a participatory strategy adapted to their context and plan its implementation.

Target audience: This training is aimed at professionals in the aid sector who are involved in the design, implementation, monitoring and/or evaluation of crisis response projects, for example: Project Manager; Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning Officer (PMEAL), Technical Services involved in the projects, Quality Manager, etc.

Prerequisites: proven experience in the humanitarian or development sector; mastery of project cycle management; mastery of the French language (written, read, spoken).

Duration: 3 days (21 hours)
