Drawing on the study, “Can an integrated territorial approach help to reinforce resilience?”, which was carried out as part of the RESILAC project, the experts will look at how the context has evolved in the Sahel and how international NGOs need to revise their operational methods, particularly by adopting new practices and partnerships based on territories and the actors within them.
