This preliminary workshop to identify the problems encountered by development NGOs and their partners in the field has two objectives:
- Identifying ways for field actors to provide temporary assistance to internally-displaced persons and help them to settle in rural communities in the Sahel.
- Identifying ways to reinforce the capacity of organisations in the field and in Luxembourg.

2) Luxembourg Red Cross: Presentation of projects implemented for IDPs in the Sahel
3) LuxDev/Burkina Faso: Education in emergency relief situations / Drissa Minougou
