This face-to-face session was part of a training programme that has been run remotely since May 2022. Lasting a week, it brought together all thirty learners (from Mali, Niger and Chad) as well as the Focal Points from each country.
The second phase of the course will begin in mid-September: six months of additional support during which the participants will put into practice what they have learned so far. They will be accompanied during this mentoring phase by a Groupe URD ‘tutor’ who will provide individualised follow-up adapted to each participant’s professional project.
