The evaluation looked at the effects of the response on the resilience of communities, notably in terms of food security and hygiene and sanitation conditions. In addition, the evaluation, which was carried out in a participatory manner with Oxfam and its partners, aimed to establish possible areas for action to improve the links between relief and development within Oxfam’s new humanitarian and strategic programming in the region.
