The objective will be to help to structure and develop reinforced cooperation between civil society organisations and the public authorities, to tackle issues that are relevant to the Lebanese context.
Initially, the scope of the study will be the country as a whole, but the focus may subsequently be narrowed to concentrate on one or more specific regions.
