Executive Summary of the Evaluation of the LPV2 project by ESF in Haïti, 2017

The LPV2 project supplied nearly 650 solar-powered street lamps to municipalities in Haiti’s Ouest department (Port-au-Prince, Leogane, Petit Goave). It is therefore in keeping with an approach that links relief, rehabilitation and development (LRRD), a central theme of Groupe URD's work.
