A second iterative evaluation with feedback sessions was conducted between October and December 2019, following on from the exercise carried out in 2018, and complementing the lesson-sharing measures initiated by the project’s Regional Coordination Unit. The iterative evaluation was carried out in Cameroon, Niger and Chad with the aim of analysing the project’s initial outputs in relation to the project programme and the way the operational contexts have evolved. It was not possible to analyse the implementation of the project in Nigeria due to the temporary halting of activities.
