Following the work launched by the Djibouti Vision 2035 and the Strategy for Accelerated Growth and Employment Promotion (SCAPE), the Government of the Republic of Djibouti wanted to go a step further and better understand the issue of food and nutritional security in the face of the challenges posed by the impacts of climate change and the country’s growing urbanization [...] It is in this context that the "Zero Hunger" strategic study was launched, in conjunction with the United Nations system and in particular strong WFP support. Groupe URD is part of a team of national and foreign experts who carried out this work.
