Report on humanitarian access in the Tillaberi region (Niger), 2019

Niger is a particularly sensitive context. It is surrounded by highly unstable countries where there is major potential for problems to spread. This study looks at access issues related to security, political, physical and logistical constraints, as well as constraints within organisations, and the issue of access to basic services and protection through being accepted by the population or tolerated by armed groups.
