Report – Real-time evaluation after the explosion in Beirut, 2020

Groupe URD decided to launch an RTE of the post-blast response on the basis of its experience in evaluating humanitarian action close to the ground (aiming to influence the response itself), its experience of urban contexts and technological disasters, and its knowledge of Lebanon. This report draw an anlysis of the context, the response, and the mains findings.
