Learning objectives

- Define the key concepts related to project quality and evaluation;
- Propose a monitoring system based on the project action plan;
- Organise and/or participate in an evaluation process;
- Acquire the appropriate tools and methods and apply them to the different phases of an evaluation;
- Promote evaluation practices with your oragnisation.
