Expertise France

The training courses will aim:

  1. to reinforce internal capacity regarding the key notions and practices of Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountability and Learning; and
  2. to reinforce the coherence of Monitoring & Evaluation approaches in connection with Expertise France’s new institutional policy.

The training will cover two main areas, with one course on the fundamentals of MEAL (Monitoring & Evaluation, Accountability and Learning), and three follow-up courses on the M&E plan, Learning, the Logical Framework, and Change-oriented Approaches. The courses will take different forms (face-to-face, distance learning and blended) and will be held in French and in English to meet the specific needs of all the participants.

An initial preparation phase was finalised to design and develop the courses in line with the needs of Expertise France. Three annual rounds of courses will then be implemented to train all of Expertise France’s collaborators at headquarters and in the field.
