The project began with a description of the steps needed to develop an organisational theory of change. The aim will be to develop a visual representation of the theory of change, showing the different milestones required to establish the vision and to create the materials to facilitate workshops. Two workshops will be organised in Paris to familiarise the teams concerned with the theory of change.
