Alternating between theoretical presentations and practical applications adapted to the quality and accountability issues of “La Chaîne de l’Espoir”, this training was organized in three phases:

  • Day 1 – Understanding – What are the key quality & accountability concepts and initiatives in the sector? What is the COMPAS method?
  • Day 2 – Analyze – What are the strengths and weaknesses of quality & accountability in “La Chaîne de l’Espoir”? What are the strengths? Priority elements for improvement?
  • Day 3 – Improve – How to operationalize the avenues for improvement within the Chain of Hope?

Thanks to the active involvement of the participants, this training represented a new step in the operational improvement process initiated by “La Chaîne de l’Espoir”. In particular, it confirmed the priority areas for improvement and began to identify how to implement them.
