The project has been carried out over a period of 6 months, with an initial field visit to meet staff and the organisation’s partners, and to carry out a needs assessment.
On the basis of this needs assessment, made-to-measure training modules has then been developed, before analyzing existing warning systems and implementing operational procedures.
